Day by Day, Nice and Easy

Day 1: Nairobi > Maasai Mara

We meet you in Nairobi after breakfast, no rush, and set off. The Maasai Mara rolls out like a golden sea. We settle in, then take an easy first drive as the sun drops. About 5 to 6 hours by road. lunch and dinner today.

Day 2: Maasai Mara

A full day on the plains with a picnic by the Mara River. From July to October the wildebeest are here in great waves. Breakfast, lunch and dinner today.

Day 3: Maasai Mara > Zanzibar

Zanzibar. Even the name sounds like a holiday. We take you to your hotel on the beach. About half a day by flight via Nairobi. Breakfast, lunch and dinner today.

Day 4: Zanzibar

A morning in Stone Town and a spice farm, then the beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner today.

Day 5: Zanzibar

A beach day. Sail a dhow at sunset. Breakfast, lunch and dinner today.

Day 6: Zanzibar

Jozani Forest in the morning, hammock in the afternoon. Breakfast, lunch and dinner today.

Day 7: Zanzibar > Home

One more swim if you are quick, then breakfast and a lift from Zanzibar to the airport. Breakfast today.
